Our tours are condensed to fit within 5-7 minutes for each campus experience, allowing students to explore more colleges within a specific timeframe.
The duration of our time at a school is based on the number of students each school is looking to serve. In most cases, we are at a school for 5-6 hours, conducting rotational sessions to ensure that all students have the opportunity to participate.
We offer different loan timeframes at various price points. Please contact us to discuss the details further.
● Yes: If you want to purchase our application and license it each year, we can arrange for your school or organization to gain access to our application in coordination with your IT department.
● No: If you choose the loaner program, you cannot use your own VR headsets.
Yes, we do! We have hosted multiple private events for groups that have initiatives for students fraternities, sororities, faith-based organizations, and in-house events with at least 10 students.
Yes, they can! In fact, we encourage schools and organizations to create parent engagement nights around their college tour events, allowing parents to tour some of the same schools as their students. This model fosters valuable kitchen table conversations.

We typically bring 25-30 college VR headsets for each field trip. With 6 sessions, we can service anywhere from 150 to 180 students per day, totaling 750 to 900 students per week. This usually accommodates one grade level at medium to larger schools. Accommodations can always be made to ensure a successful college tour event.
